Today is Dixie’s first birthday!  Woo hoo!  So in honor of her birthday, she’s gotten some yummy food (her most favorite ever) and lots of belly rubs and ear scritches and rump scritches, too!

I have to work today so her party isn’t ‘til this weekend.  We’ll have her a proper party then with cake, hats and a balloon. 

Anyway, just wanted to share a few photos of her through this past year. 

LOOK AT THAT CUTE-ASS flopped down ear!  I could have just gnawed it right off the top of her itsy bitsy head.  It stood up a few days later. 

Don’t hate coz you don’t have a pink camo teeshirt with a rhinestone skull on it.  If you were Dixie, you’d be cool like this, too.  But you aren’t.  SO sorry!  Look how long her legs are in these photos in proportion to her body.  She has grown into those legs now.  LOL!

She had been playing in the mud this day and was quite pleased with herself in how dirty she had gotten.  Until I picked her up to go give her a bath. 














This photo was taken after I spent the afternoon planting pots full of flowers that she and Buddy ate as soon as I went inside to wash my hands or something.  Anyway, I came outside and her face was covered in dirt.  Now, is this a guilty look or what?    And now look how huge her ears are in this picture. She has grown more into her ears.  Before she was looking kinda Yoda-ish.  Yoooooooooooooda....Y-O-D-A Yooooooooooooooda....teehee

Of course, she also likes Teddy a lot.  Teddy likes sleeping on the laptop because it is warm and he’s a whore.

She is my little princess...and she just continues to make me love her more all the time with her goofy antics and how she gets all hepped up about things sometimes.  She makes me laugh daily!  Stinky rotten thing.
